Welcome!
Hello, my name is Anika and I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment from the first “hello.” I truly understand how important it is to feel safe when reaching out for support. I work behind the scenes from supporting clients with appointments, clinic organization, to assisting with social media content.

My background
I have a BA in psychology and have worked in various mental health environments that have helped shape my trauma-informed and client-centered approach to the work that I do. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Capella University and hope to become a Registered Psychologist in the near future.
My background in Women and Gender studies inspires me to be an active advocate in my community during my free time. I am an aspiring lifelong learner which encourages me to broaden my knowledge through self-development and community learning opportunities. I love going to the mountains and spending weekends reconnecting with nature.
