Discover counselling for teens
This is a challenging time in life! Perhaps your teen is self-harming, feeling depressed, withdrawing from others, anxious, having thoughts about suicide or is feeling overwhelmed with life. Seeking support can help!

By creating a healthy and nurturing relationship with your teen, we can help to validate emotions, create understanding, heal wounds and re-establish connection in the family.

A few words to parents

As a parent, this can be a stressful time as you try to maintain boundaries and limits while also providing some freedom and choices for your youth.

Some of our therapists have extensive backgrounds working with youth for over 15 years and absolutely love building relationships with young people!

If you are looking for a trusted place where your teenage child can talk about their feeling and process their emotions, you're in the right place.

Our experienced teen therapists are ready to provide tailored, compassionate support so that your child can thrive mentally and emotionally.
How we care for our minor clients' privacy
We believe that adolescents deserve a safe, confidential space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Teens have the right to decide what they want to talk about, be involved in decisions about their care, and include trusted people in their journey if they choose to do so. They also have the right to access their records, stop counselling at any time, and speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
Your rights as a parent
As a parent, you’ll be kept informed about your child’s progress and goals. The level of your involvement depends on your child’s age, maturity, and the boundaries we agree on together. If there’s ever concern for your child’s safety, we’ll use clinical judgment to decide what needs to be shared while still honoring the trust your child places in therapy.

Book a free initial consultation
Starting therapy as a teenager can feel like a big step—and it is. That’s why we make it a priority to help your child feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
We offer a free initial consultation so you (and/or your child) can ask questions and see if we’re the right fit. There's no pressure to commit to full therapy after the call.
